All magnet students are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours total for the year of community service by the first week of May. Community service hours can be obtained through some of the clubs and/or organizations here at school, such as Future Educators of America, National Junior Honor Society, Student Council, PTSA, and others. Simply approach the club sponsors for service opportunities. Community Service outside of the school must be supervised and approved by your parents. Any student who is experiencing difficulty finding community service opportunities should see your Magnet Lead Teacher, Ms. Blanco in the main office.
